When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, inquiry and message you choose to provide. We may also receive booking and service information needed to provide your requested accommodation, dining or safari service.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange services, maintain lodge records, improve our offering and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Information is stored with our service providers and accessed by authorised Tembo staff. We share information only where needed to provide a requested service, comply with Ugandan law, protect guests and staff, or respond to lawful authority.
